Description

 The Tallygraphix system can be installed on a Windows® based computer which in turn is connected via Ethernet to one or more Tallybeam or Tallyplant production lines. The system will then scan all connected lines and retrieve the OEE data reports from each one, this data can then be displayed on the users screen and optionally generate printed reports.

The captured data can be retained for a number of years, allowing analysis of current trends against what was happening two or three years ago.

Tallygraphix is also able to offer a 'Live' state view which allows the production office to be able to see in real time what is happening on the shop floor.
